Enjoying watching Stale Kracker, a fun and entertaining cajun video producing cook that reminds me of the light hearted, storytelling, cajun cook from the 1960 +/- Justin Wilson.

Have some time, enjoy his videos. I sure am. Stale Kracker is quick whited...

Justin Wilson was no Cajun . He made a lot of money pretending though .
YES he made money + No he wasn't. But we adopted him and he was one hell of a funny man to be around. My grandfather knew him and I was taken to places as a young teen where he cooked for large conservations & hunting club meetings and did his kind of off hand stand up comedy for us all after the talks were given. He was a hoot!

I have actually cooked in one of those 300 man pots for a cajun anniversary party. The pot was so big we had to move it with a fork truck.
I gave the folks my list of what I needed and when I arrived to cook they had 4-5 150 qt ice chests with all of the meats and ingredients I had given them all ready for me to use. I had never done one of those that big before and I was a tad nervous but it worked out fine.
