I don't know if we can say that. We know that in some applications that nitrile ADBV's don't seal indefinitely. For all we know they can't conform adequately to form a sealing surface when cold. It's obvious that they work for some duration after shut down.

..but no matter. I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you. I imagine (that's opinion) that they've factored any fatigue into the design.
