Squeaky front suspension; blown damper?

My car has been exhibiting some issues.

For several months now, my front right suspension has been making squeak noises when traveling over small imperfections in the road. This is more apparent when the weather is very cold. However, when I push down the front of the car when parked, no squeak is heard.

I've taken the wheels off and compared the left (noiseless) suspension to the right (noisy) suspension, and I can discern no visual differences.

Could this be a blown gas shock? What else could cause this endless squeaking?

I've finally been driven to the point of madness... thanks ahead of time for any help!

Anything that moves can squeak. Ball joints can squeak, as can tie rod ends or sway bars [bushings or end links]. Springs and control arm bushings, as well.

"My wife makes noise - what is she complaining about?" would be a similar problem posed. With no other info, it is very tough to determine.
