It was a beautiful day for yard work today. I tore up the dead plants I had in the flower bed from last season and replaced them with knock out roses in double red, peach and coral. Planted a new tequila yellow hardy hibiscus also as well as significantly trimming up one of our camellias. The roses should be tripled in size in a few months with plenty of flowers. A few more small plants need potting tomorrow and I’d like to give the Jetta a wash while I’m outside. I see a lot more of the outdoors this time of year.
