Did anybody here have expirience with a spray called "Surface shield" ?

This is made in the USA and has MIL-C-23411, aereospace No. VVP216A and 8030-8387789, 8030-835-4348, 6850-973-7242, 6850-988-7067 900-7068.
To me, this "Surface shield" spray seems very similar to the well known ACF 50 spray:
