is anybody here aware of this Spray: "Surface shield"

manufactured in the USA by a company called SPC http://sprayproducts.com/ Surprisingly, "Surface shield" looks similar to ACF 50. It carrys theses approvals:
"Militär-Spezifikationen MlL-C-2341 1, Aerospace No. VVP2164 sowie Be-
hördenzulassungen 8030-8387789, 8030-835- 43 48, 6850-
973-7242, 6850 -988-7067 und 900-7068."
Surprisingly it seems to be only aviailable in Germany, when i do a Google search. Anybody here knew this spray? Is it the same like ACF 50?
