No, all that is an invasion of privacy/rights and is ripe for abuse. Start protesting the wrong governing authority and now you can't go anywhere. They've already frozen the bank assets of people they deemed "threats", all without a court order, the only protection against this kind of stuff is to prevent having it on your car in the first place.
