Spark plugs from RA ‐‐ aka the lesson I never learn

Don't get me wrong. I've played with my share of forced induction and Nitrous assisted cars decades ago.
But today, Dodge Caravan is more my speed. Remove all the seats and I can carry anything dry, even in bad weather.
Great for traveling and still good on fuel. Forget Airbus and Boeing....I fly Caravan to all destinations near and far.
Plus, I never need to take it anywhere for any repairs whatsoever. Chicken dinner!

but their pickers are not trained to care about small items in with large, heavy items.
I don't think they care TBH. Either that or management doesn't either or these issues / complaints are so rare they do not address them and just deal witht he shrink / damage / refunds.

Have you ever done a picker / packer job? It's rush rush rush, throw stuff in a box, tape it, football kick it to the dock, crash your forklift in to a rack type job. I didn't last long, plus there was no AC. :ROFLMAO:

I'd get fired because I'd insist on putting plugs in a smaller shipping box, taping it shut and then putting it in the larger box. Common sense doesn't always mean job security.

That would make sense and would be the right thing to do, but would the system allow for a second label with individual shipping and not a reprint?

Everything is controlled by the bean counters / programmers.

They are still around. Mostly the Northeast, Mid Atlantic and Southeast.

Nope, not anymore. Pep Boys stopped selling parts entirely. Now they're service only :sneaky:

A second label would not be needed, since the small box is going inside the large box :)

Ordered a trans filter/pan a few weeks ago for my E60 and in the photo shown on the RA website, it included the bolts for the pan. When it arrived, I only received the filter/pan. I went through the RA resolution steps and asked for a partial refund. I discovered that inputting anything over 50% of the total cost as a refund would require sending the package back. I canceled the return multiple times and lowered the refunded amount until it auto accepted my request...that amount ended up being just under 50%

Might be a useful tip for those that run into similar issues.
