Spark plugs and transmission fluid?

I do the maintenance on many people's vehicles, have a few questions.

1. 2008 Honda Fit, best spark plugs?

2. 2021 Kia Seltos, best transmission fluid?

Go with iridium plugs from the dealer for the Fit, they last forever! I’m at 267,000 km on my Civic on the OEM iridium plugs and I have heard of other 2.0L Civic owners going twice as long

I try to only use NGK / NTK. I usually look them up on ClubPlug for a reference price. I would stick to OEM spec.

For transmission fluid I would hit Walmart.ca for Maxlife ATF w free shipping or CanTire / Amsoil.
Valvoline Maxlife ATF lists Hyundai / Kia AT and CVT specs but I see the Seltos also lists an Intelligent (automated?) Manual transmission (iMT) which is a different, GL4 MTF fluid.
