I take care of a 2002 Chevy Malibu. It has 94,000 miles on it right now and it has the original spark plugs and wires on it. The owners manual says 100,000 miles on the plugs.
I took out the front 3 plugs a few days ago just to take a look at them. First impressions are that they don't need to be replaced, no deposits, discoloration, tips look new, gap was at spec. There are no drivability issues.
My question is, other than "peace of mind" is there any reason I should change them out?
