I've never had a problem with Rock. And if you have a core to return, you do so at their FedEx rate. Example, maybe the starter would be $19 to ship UPS. Their rate $6, and you generate a label via their website. I have a BMW coupe which is a pita when these jack pads get damaged--last time was due to manhole. Everyone and their brother has it for about $26 genuine BMW. It's under the car, a lift arm touches it, who cares if aftermarket? Rock was $10 (has gone to $13+). yes, shipping, so I load up my cart with parts for the other 2 cars until the shipping goes from like $10 to $17, then I back out the part that sent it to $17. I didn't just get 1 I got like 4. Then I found 2 genuine BMW ones in my basement lol

But look at their oil filter prices vs. amazon, on and on. jmoymmv....
