It turns out the wheels that are on this 1996 Dodge B3500 are not the right ones -- the center hole was just slightly too small and now deformed enough such that balancing is difficult, and the counterbore for the conical lug nuts doesn't match the nuts so there isn't much bearing surface.

9/16" studs, eight-hole 6-1/2" bolt circle, that part is easy. Center hole, the axle looks to be about 4-5/8" and I can measure that more accurately at some point.

But the offset? Looking at the options online I see all kinds of offsets called out. What I want is OEM spec.

Anyone have a resource to find the OEM specs for wheels on this thing?

I think GM 8x6.5"/16x6.5" wheels use a smaller center bore, Pretty sure any OE Dodge 16x6.5" wheels will fit & function well.
Thank you. That would explain the wheels that are on there.

I'm finding an OEM part number 5DB85P4A which comes up on aftermarket websites as dual rear wheels. This is the single rear wheels passenger van, so I'm wondering if maybe the rear axle is a little wider to make up the difference.

Link below says they are selling a direct OEM replacement with a 30 day return/refund policy, thinking that might be worth a try.
