It turns out the wheels that are on this 1996 Dodge B3500 are not the right ones -- the center hole was just slightly too small and now deformed enough such that balancing is difficult, and the counterbore for the conical lug nuts doesn't match the nuts so there isn't much bearing surface.
9/16" studs, eight-hole 6-1/2" bolt circle, that part is easy. Center hole, the axle looks to be about 4-5/8" and I can measure that more accurately at some point.
But the offset? Looking at the options online I see all kinds of offsets called out. What I want is OEM spec.
Anyone have a resource to find the OEM specs for wheels on this thing?
