some basic advice/info on Neutra in oil, pls?

I've come across some topics using Neutra-131 as an oil-system cleaner, and am becoming curious/interetsed. (So far I haven't used any oil "additives" except Arx, 1-time treatment before my T-bird turned 100k).

Where is the Neutra web-site/link? Schaeffer's oil is not listed on the list of sponsors on the main page here?

What are the exact instructions to use Neutra-131 in OIL to clean the system: how much/how long?
Any of you with Neutra-131 in oil?
How does Neutra-131 compare to an Arx-cleaning?

I still didn't see a ratio on their web-site for Neutra in oil-systems, but I e-mailed Mark Smith with all my questions.
