So how was your Dec. 25?

So far so good. My son was able to call us from Guam on the 23rd and wish us a Merry Christmas so we're good. He was pretty sure that would be his only chance at wishing us a Merry Christmas.

Great day; Santa was good to all and the extended family will be here soon to open their gifts and to have a nice dinner (Salmon and Smoked Ham, Dressing, Green Beans, Yams, and Mashed Potatoes--with plenty of desserts to follow).

I hope everyone's day is full of peace and happiness!

So far, so good. Kids haven't arrived yet, 3 of the 4 will be here, the other's at Ft. Campbell. Gramps and G'ma will be here as well, that's my Dad, and my wife's Mom.

So almost no in-laws, should be fine!

Good day so far. Kids made out great. My Christmas Tradition of a ride in the WS6 continues. Wife and I don't exchange gifts we take that money and buy for less fortunate kids and Veterans at local veterans. It is great shopping for them.

Got three gifts I have no use for (they're going straight to the donation box) and haven't murdered anyone yet. God and goddess, I despise Christmas with a passion.

Pretty mellow day so far! I slept in then I got up and made some coffee and am just kicking back around the house with my 2 dogs. Pretty good day!

Quiet day. We treat Christmas pretty much like most other days. Nothing special.

Off from work today because I worked Xmas day last yr.
Wifey sleeping quietly after 8 night shifts in a row. (she has next 7 days off) - I am reading and browsing the www and relaxing a bit

My mother's cat just spent ten minutes bugging me until I scratched behind her ears. After about thirty seconds of that, she scratched me!

Merry bleeping Christmas, you danged cat!

Pretty good overall here. I've been polite and answered the phone every time and so far everyone's been willing to accept that I'm not going out.

The biggest issue I have had so far is that my dog decided to give me a giant present that was bigger than one of her legs. I've tried so hard to raise her to be a good little Jew-dog.

Been a great day only to get better! Going to meet family for dinner and then come home and spend a quite evening with my wife.

Speaking of four legged animals, our toy poodle got a new toy for Christmas, a rubber chicken dressed in a Santa suit that squeaks. He is terrified of it. Rather funny watching him growl at it.

First Christmas/Birthday since Dad left us, I had a pretty good day....sat out in the rain for a bit after the sun went down....

The girlfriend bought me a Ford beanie and a new pair of boots. Couldn't be happier. I know she got me a few other things, but heck I cant remember.

The girlfriends parents got me a stubby wrench set, a die cast Wrangler Rubicon/ Grand Cherokee set with a trailer and a HUGE Pennzoil coffee mug. Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Merry Christmas to all!
Today's been fine. It's the first Christmas since Mom died in May. Received a family-sized Christmas dinner in a box as gift last night- it's gonna last a long time for just me. A whole Cajun-style deep-fried turkey, plus sides of smashed pots, sweet pots, dirty rice, a cake, etc. Turkey's been in oven 1 hr as I type this.

Nice weather here today. Called & talked to friends & brothers, got Ralphie & the BB gun on the TV right now. All in all, it's been a nice peaceful Christmas.

I went to a friend's house to help him remove the overspray from his dad's car.

I am quite stoked that we were able to correct the hammered paint in just 1-step using a light cutting foam pad and compound.

Our family gathering is this Saturday. We had a young family over for Christmas Eve dinner. They are not in a position to be able to go home for the holidays. Also a lady waiting for her mercenary husband to complete his assignment in February. Then my mother and our younger son. It was wonderful.

The lady kept turning the wife down. Then on Monday she called asking if she was still welcome. Of course she was. She brought a jar of Muscadine jelly as a gift. Never heard of it, but we are going to put it on the table Saturday. I think it will be the most amazing jelly we ever tasted.

Today my 90 year old mother was still talking about the two year old girl.

"So how was your Dec 25(24)?" Great!
