I believe it was like two weeks ago where I only had the urge to work out, I bought loads of juice and soda, I kept track of the amount of sugar I consumed, which was around 2,980g's in 7 days.

That’s about how much I use in my coffee ️ lol . I won’t drink Snapple because I am not much on flavored tea and they took most of it out of the glass bottles so it taste different now too. But apple was the best one. Was…. My dad likes the peach only in glass though.
I just avoid all of those drinks like that. I might have a Sprite or something when we eat out, which is not very often, but other than that it's usually just water or water with one of those sugar-free flavor packs to flavor it up a little. I figure that I get enough stuff from my weekend beers that'll convert to sugar without adding to it with sugary drinks.
