SN GF-5 oil at Dollar Tree?

First time I've seen it at Dollar Tree. SMB brand. Is this for real? It is just 11 ounces but if you need a little top-off I guess it is fine if the product is legit.

11oz??? It's probably actually a GF5 oil. A quart would be ~$3 which is in line with most budget conventional 10w30 API oils.


Buy one and do a VOA!

Even a quart of SuperTech is $2.44 at Walmart.

An oil change at 1/3 of a quart at a time would be pretty interesting.

I prefer the $.99 Stores' lubricants.

I had good results with their FI cleaner. When I went back for more, they changed brands. Now it looks like it's all kerosene and methanol. Not sure how that helps.

I remember the glorious year 2005 when they had syn blend troparctic quarts for a buck.

Looks flakey - Has a starburst but, should it not say: ILSAC GF5? Not just GF5.

It has the correct markings. So, it's either on the list or not, and it passes or it does not. As I showed in my picture thread of API labelling, you can see all kinds of stuff written on the bottles of the majors.
