The other option is a small can of Fix-A-Flat. I had a slow leak in one of my LS400 tires long time ago, it lost 3-4psi a week, Fix-A-Flat cures the slow leak for good until the next tire change.

UPDATE: I submerged the tire in water - it looks like the bubbles are blowing from around the valve stem area.
I'm assuming the tire needs to be dismounted in order to replace the valve stem?

Now I'm being told that the valve stem is actually part of TPMS, so the whole thing would have to be replaced. Gonna try to get the dealer to do it since the car is still under warranty.

You might only need to replace the grommet and not the whole stem. The grommets can get corroded and leak slowly.
