Should I be worried about this? I have the SKF app and this is what comes back for all 6 packages from my RockAuto SKF order of wheel bearings and seals.

Our beloved RockAuto…What is the return address? Where did they come from?![]()
Our beloved RockAuto…
Rock Auto is a drop shipper. The return address will lead you to the supplier. They usually use Parts Authority, Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper, Factory Motor Parts, or sometimes ship directly from the mfr.
I doubt Bumper to Bumper is selling counterfeit parts, but you never know.
Are they known to have a good reputation? I’m not well versed on the supply houses..I doubt Bumper to Bumper is selling counterfeit parts, but you never know.
Say it ain't soOur beloved RockAuto…
I’m right there with you. You would think 5 years after the COVID fiasco we’d have things back in balance..I don't trust bearings from anywhere.
It's that bad. One machinery company said they were using class 7 bearings in their equipment.
It turned out they were all junk...
The lowest quality...
AbsolutelyIt's not Rock Auto that you have to trust/distrust, it's their customers. People do swap parts with counterfeits and play the return game.
I literally had either RockAuto or Amazon to choose from for this specific brand of parts. Truly sucks..Well RockAuto facilitates the returns and restocks, so it is on them too. I've had mixed success with RA. Probably 50% correct & quality part, 50% junk. Only thing worse is the Jungle website for auto parts.
You mess with Mika Hakkinen, now we have a problem.Ahhh, the days of Ron Dennis have returned, I remember them fondly.

I’ll ask because I assume you may know; do they (Bumper to Bumper) carry a good reputation? As others said, that's an Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper warehouse. They supply independent parts stores.
