Yes, Simoniz.
Picked up a pair at the local Ollie's, $5.99 each for beam wiper blades. What could go wrong?
I put them on the Pilot, which has potential transmission issues right now and I don't feel like investing $15-$20 per blade for something I might not get much use out of. But I'm still driving it and it still needs new wiper blades, so in the interest of safety it got new wiper blades. They replaced a pair of year old RockAuto closeout Winter blades (standard blades with a rubber boot over them), which were more than a year old when I put them on "new".
Whaddya know, the Simoniz wipers have been working fine for over a week now. Good end to end coverage, like a beam blade should work.
I've done this sort of thing before... a couple of years ago I bought Windex brand hybrid wipers at Sears. Not quite as good a deal, but they lasted a full year... on both cars.
