I'm very new to the oil analysis group and i'm learning lots every time i get on here! Thanks for all the good info guys! But after reading the countless debates about air filter "x" vs. air filter "y", there doesn't seem to be much difference when you compare the silicon levels. The only reason that i mention this is because everyone mentions silicon levels when they are talking about air filtration quality. Everyone assumes that paper filters work so well but i haven't seen any numbers that would convince me of this. How important are these silicon levels in determining air filtration quality?? Does anyone have any UOA's with trueflow or foam air filters? Any info is great info! Thanks!!!
