I cannot tell you who makes them ..but their number scheme is recognized by Wix and it is also used by a lable called Prime Line.

The number is also recognized by Baldwin and Purolator ..but only under the Sierra name (or was only noted under the Sierra name). Donaldson has no clue what these numbers mean.
Perhaps viewing them will help someone identify them. They all appear to have fluted ends.
