Sidewall cracking, replace?

3 year old Cooper Discoverer H/T, only one out of 4 tires has this cracking. Something I should be worried about?

What is the date code, How often do you use tire dressing?
Looks semi-cosmetic(!?) for the time being.
maybe @CapriRacer
could give us his opinion as a tire pro.

Was it ever run low on air? how much tread are on those?
I dont think it will blow tomorrow but might want to get new tires sooner than expected.

45th week in 2019. Dressing is used quite often, usually Adams or Chemical guys, there’s 10/32 left.
 
10/32nd left? Then you don’t drive that much. Where are you located? Hot and sunny?
 
The exterior rubber on the sidewall is non structural. That cracking will never be an issue, as it is the external protection for the tire. It is quite thick in that area. Although it is worth noting that when rubber starts to deteriorate, it can be a sign of aging or excess stress.

You should take a look at aircraft tires sometime! Loaded with similar external cracking, and 225PSI pressure!

While this is a light aircraft tire, it is perfectly acceptable and common. Additionally, this happens to "hangar queens" about as much as it does to aircraft stored outside. The criteria is whether threads (exposed fabric) are visible for 1/4" or not. Page 27 and 28 on the PDF.

Same criteria for sidewall cracking. Remove tire from service if fabric is exposed. And remember, this is for aircraft tires certified to land at 225MPH!

"The solvent-based product is intended to leave a wet-appearance. They are sticky liquids, often clear in appearance, and contain petroleum solvents. While they make the tire look great, they can lead to premature cracking or drying of the sidewall. This can be a safety hazard, as it’s possible for tires to pop if the sidewall is cracked."

Use only water based tire dressing like 303 to preserve the rubber.
