Not sure. Does this look acceptable?
It's a side by side on top of a pick up. It's difficult to see but there is a pair of ramps mounted to the truck and the side by side is mounted at an angle. I believe some ramp extensions allowed driving it up to that high position.

If you watch Diesel Brothers.. they installed one on a Raptor but had to put airbags on the Raptor to handle the weight.

Back in the old days 3/4 ton truck meant you could haul 1500lbs ... and thats about what a sidebyside weighs... dont know what 3/4 ton means anymore though..

And somebody behind him busy playing with their camera instead of focusing on driving. Where'd you find that picture?

Haha. That's why it's so grainy. Quick shot from a far way.

Center of gravity is about the same as a slide-in camper. Can't tell if that's a 1/2, 3/4 or 1 ton truck, but it would make a difference.

edit - looking at the differential size, it is a 3/4 or 1ton truck. Lots of those driving around with campers in the back that weigh plenty more than that ATV.

This is common for recreational users and service companies around here:

With the combination of correct sway bars and air bags it is not an issue at all. A truck is designed to work although most are used for just transportation. I'd be more scared of the person texting while driving..... or taking pictures.

I can't see how it's fastened down. It would be safer if you pass them and they are behind you. I wouldn't want to be behind that guy if he loses his load.

Wouldn't the center of gravity move higher with this setup? At least with a trailer you have some weight closer to the road and at least another pair of wheels to stabilize the load. Looks like a disaster and lawsuit waiting to happen.
