Should I use my Franken brew?

I always end up buying 5+qt jugs for OCI's. The crankcase only holds 4.5 qt's. So I always have approx .5qt left over.
I've been adding it into a 5qt Mobil 5000 bottle.
Basically its a mix of the following: All of it NEW.
Castrol Synblend
Amsoil XL
Quaker State conventional
Mobil 5000
Lubro Moly half bottle
AAP Full Syn
Formula Shell

And there may be a couple others in there.

Any objections to running this for the next 4-6 months till winter comes?

I would run it for a couple weeks max as a "cleanup". What in though, and how driven? The 3? Optionally - if the engin edoes not get noisey or hesitant to rev AND the fuel mileage is ok then keep it in till winter. My franken-brew like this always ran very coarse. But I am always looking for MAX power and smoothness up to redline - I dont know what you want out of an oil.

No i dont think i would, i would buy 4 quarts & add what you have left over for the top off.

I probably wouldn't, but you probably could.
These oils are all compatible by definition, and some people feel that a little add pack diversity is a good thing.
How many miles between now and winter?

Go for it. You may discover the blend that ends engine wear. Kidding aside, I did this about 7 years ago on the 1991 Beemer listed below. It consisted of, at least 5 different 20w-50 oils. Most were SL rated. Ran it for a full 2500 miles, my regular OCI. Its a short OCI because of its 2.7 qt oil capacity. Its still running just as good as ever.

I'm gonna run it in my MX-5 Miata. 2.0L engine.

It's a daily driver, short tripper.
Will probably do approx 1000 miles to start and see how it behaves during that time. If its nice and smooth, with no rattles or poor oil pressure problems, I may take it into November. I usually put about 4k miles on it in 6 months.

I have a blackstone kit here. Was thinking of a VOA prior to the run.

Well, there's your problem!

You need two Miatas. Use one as a daily driver and then set one aside as a garage queen.

I would run the brew in either of your two car with confidence for one of "YOUR" normal OCI!

Your only showing ~ 3.5+ qts of leftover oils. Did you plan on buying a qt of something else?

Oh man, dont waste you money on a VOA on a fraknebrew which will probably be WRONG anyhow. You could buy a jug of ULTRA for that money!!!
