Any insight on the new Shell Rotella T6 5W-40 to replace the previous Rotella 5W-40 Synthetic? Is it just a packaging change? Shell's website does claim better soot control when compared to the previous 5W-40 product.

Interesting. I never saw that thread. I was under the impression that new Rotella T6 was different and improved over the CJ-4 version. I am disappointed. It is still a great oil though.
