I don't think this model was ever sold in the USA. OM651 2.1 L diesel hybrid - C Class wagon. Still plenty TBN left and KV within grade.

Looking good! I think I'm reading this report correctly - 9,734 miles on this oil and 43,834 miles on the car? True we didn't get the C-class wagon in the US, but we did get the OM651 for a few years in other models. I love mine!

Why not use the SHU ECT 5w-30? That oil you use is not even approved by MB

Shell Helix Ultra AG 5W-30 meets MB 229.51 spec, which is appropriate for the OM651 engine.

are you sure thats a C3 oil? KV100 is very low to get to 3.5 HTHS. The SHU 5w30 also exists as C2, and the KV is right in line with that.
