If your bosch washer is mounted on a pedestal make sure the bolts are nice and tight. You can gain access to these by removing the drawer and using the allen wrench supplied with the pedestal. The drawer should have plastic tabs in the track that are accessible with the drawer fully extended. One tab goes up and the other one goes down.
