Shaking/vibrating air filter housing area

I have a 2001 Toyota Echo and when the car is in drive and stopped and you are applying the brake e.g. at a stop light, there is a very noticeable shaking. It seems to center around the air filter housing. If you are in neutral or park it goes away. It goes away as soon as you start driving too. Any ideas?

Looks like a low transmission fluid condition. Possible bubbles in the torque converter. BTW to play the video try this link. I editid out the extra "http//" Click here for video

my Echo has always had a noticable vibration at idle in gear. I got it at 16k and it now has 107k.

1.9L Saturn's had noticeable vibration at idle when the mounts wore out. It's certainly a possibility.
