My 25 cx30 has those so called vegan faux leather seats. They are a very light gray color (Greige per Mazda) so they show dirt a little quicker than most. I want to keep ahead of it before it begins to shows. What would be a good product to keep these clean? Mild soap and water? I would prefer spray on product (if there's a good one) as I'm getting lazier in old age.

I have used diluted Super Clean on regular leather seats. Apparently car leather seats (possibly the faux leather) have a plastic coating on it. It worked really well. I saw some detailer on YouTube do it.

But, I do think dawn dish soap diluted 1:1 or 1:2 with water could work well and would be safe.

I like Meguiars interior cleaner. Cleans well, decent smell, not too aggressive, not greasy or shiny. You're basically cleaning vinyl. You can also fill a bucket with warm water. Use 1 microfiber to wet/clean and other microfiber to dry. Rinse& ring out the wet rag often. You'll see how dirty the water gets.

Thanks for the suggestions. I just picked up some Meguiar's Gold Class Leather and Vinyl Cleaner. The CX30 has the vinyl/leatherette seats while my Mazda3 Carbon Edition has real leather so this product may kill two birds with one stone as they say. We shall see. Downside is that I still need to use/get a leather conditioner for the 3. Probably try a Meguiar's product as well. Nothing is easy anymore!

I swear by TOUGH STUFF foam spray cleaner! Spray and wipe and even on headliner and cloth it doesn't leave rings or residue. BONUS IS IT"S CHEAP! Get it at autozone, walmart etc.

My wife is into cooking and cleaning channels and uses tide professional powder in a spray bottle to clean everything. I was vacuuming the car out and spilled my beer on the back floorboard and her solution worked so well I did the whole car with it. Outside of turtle wax glass and dash I don’t have to buy anything else anymore. Plus the tide does a great job on the laundry, while not cheap and it has to be ordered, it’s well worth it.

Code word for "vinyl"

The driver's seat in my 2015 Mazda is the same vinyl, and it's starting to peel really bad at only 12 years old. I always took care of the interior and am only just coming up on 100k miles now. :(
