Screw in Tire - No leak after removed - Patch or leave it?

Use your now Identical OEM Wheel and Tire that's currently your Spare as your New Wheel and Tire, and take the Current Wheel and Tire that you removed the Screw from and use it as your Spare tire.
Problem.Solved
And then when he/she needs the spare, they find out that it did in fact have a tiny, slow leak and now it's deflated....

Could probably just squeeze some rubber schmoo in there
If you do find some sort of moisture sealant, use a syringe to get it in there. Otherwise, absolutely do not stick anything else in there and make it worse (or a larger hole).

if you think that screw made it within a few 0.001 of the core - put it to rest as your spare because that area of the tire experiences cyclic stress reversals - that’s why they don’t get repaired right there …

I would rather have a potential dud on the drive tire than the spare. The spare is the one you need to be able to depend on!
