Nice! My brother did his Ram PU with brush/foam roller and it came out great. The job lasted him about 10 years until he sold it to a landscaper.

I've used Rustoleum before, and wished I had used the marine version of Rustoleum. It faded pretty quickly. Not sure how applicable that would be to white paint, but make sure that whatever wax or sealant you use has UV protection.

I might let it cure over the winter and then give it a light sanding and apply a coat of the marine paint. The driver’s side has a couple of imperfections that bug me a little so that would give me even more of a reason to fix them and cover them up.

You can use lacquer thinner for alkyd Paint?? Interesting. I use naptha with alkyd when I want a faster thinner.

3rd Gen guys have been doing Rustoleum and equipment paint paint jobs for a while.

Spraying paint while the car is parked in dirt.
