Recently, I bought a case of Schaeffer 229 grease for use in my semi trucks.
Initially I was looking at the 238 grease but the rep recommended 229.
I'm hoping to use it for everything if possible. Kingpins, u-joints, clutch etc.
Just wondering if the 229 will work for ok for those things?
I was using Amsoil for years but it's getting impossible to buy their grease ever since COVID hit. Supposedly, they're having a hard time getting supplies to make it.
