SInce Bob got sick our schaffers info and comparisons have really droped off!!! I would really like to get some technical data on this oil and maybe a VOA!! Could one of the Schaffers Reps send a sample off to StinkyPeterson for the free VOA? Any information you can post on this oil would be helpful!! Like how much PAO, G1,GII, GIII, what spec. it meets etc.....

I tryed the search function in VOA and Car and Truck Lubrication to no avail!

Thanks!!!!!

P.S. I tried the Schaeffers Oil home page and could not find it listed either?

Just found some information on the light duty diesel sectionon this product but Iwould like more up to date information if you have it!!! Why did this not get posted someplace beside the diesel section? This is a great product from the sound of it!!!

25% pao the balance Group III. It has the same add pack(Calcium based detergency, penetro, micron moly) as the supreme blend 700 (15-40.

The price is only a buck and a half a gallon over the Supreme line making it a great value. imo.
I have had great interest with the fleets I deal with, but little as of yet on bitog

Hmmm...I just discovered that they carry Schaeffer products at McCoy's. Maybe I'll give it a try since I can buy just enough for an OCI.

Avoiding shipping costs and not buying in bulk are powerful reasons to not do so for a first try of any oil, IMHO.

Even with shipping costs on smaller orders you will pay less than or at about retail costs and not have to drive anywhere to pick-up your oil.

The regional Schaeffer warehouse here says that they expect quarts and gallons of 9000 in May. That seems like it'll be the one oil for the family fleet...Volvo turbo-5, VW 2.8L V6, Toyota 4.7L V8. I presently use Schaeffer 701 5w30 in the VW and the Toyota (winter), 703 10w30 in the Volvo (winter), and 700 15w40 in the Volvo and Toyota in the summer.
