W widman Joined May 27, 2002 Messages 3,362 Location Bolivia Oct 30, 2013 #2 Goof-off will get most paint off many surfaces without harm. But if it is Automotive paint on vinyl, it will be a lot more difficult, as most solvents of a good automotive paint will dissolve vinyl.
