what colour is the oil? Ive heard the totalfinaelf oils are colour coded.

This is off the Total Uk website. I think just the stripe on the bottle is a different color, and not the oil

I just bought a case of the SAAB turubo oil. The bottle looks nothing like the one I posted at the top. It is smooth gray with a gold top. It says made in the EU on the back. I now have a feeling, its Mobil 1 0w30 long life. Here is how the Euro Mobil liter bottle looks like. It even has the same top has a Mobil 1 product.

I was thinking. Why would SAAB use Elf for the oil they use at the dealer and sell to customers, while they promote you to use Mobil 1 in their cars?

so, does it look EXACTLY like the Mobil 1 you pictured above? or is the colour the same and the cap the only theing similar? I was really hoping that this would be ELF Evolution but, oh well...
Its the same color gray, and it has the same cap. The spout is on the same side also. This looks to be a Mobil bottle for sure. It looks like SAAB used Mobil bottles for there old oil too. I just hope someone can tell us for sure. I got 500 miles until my first oil change.
