Rover 45 engine oil

Hello.

What engine oil shoud i use a for Rover 45, 1.4 petrol, 2001, 130.000 km.
Could somebody recommend me someting?

Any 10w30 with Api sj or higher.

I worked on a few Rover 200, 45 and 75 cars. The recommended oil was and still is Mobil 1 0w40 with 5w40 as an alternative.
I would put Mobil 1 New Life 0w40 in this engine which should be readily available in Romania.

A good alternative would be Shell Helix HX8 0w-40 or Shell Helix HX7 5w40
