Rotella T syn - price increase at Wal-Mart

I stopped at two Flying J's, one in VA, another in GA, and Delvac 1 was $29.95 a gallon.

This was 2 weeks ago.

Local walmart can't get rid of synthetic Rotella at 12.84.

If Wal Mart keeps rolling back prices everyday, how come nothing is free yet?

I wonder if the higher price is on the newer shipment of oil that is probaly from Shell after the Texaco seperation. The Shell that I have seen at Wal-mart which is still 12.96gal is still the old Equilon version. Shell is now combined with Pennzoil/Quaker State. There is no more Eguilon.

I bought two gallons at my Wal Mart at the $12.84/gallon price. The shelf label said it was previously $18.xx/gallon (rollback). One caviat, the stuff I bought was CH4 rated stock. OK for my Jeep but not for the latest HiTech diesels.
