Wife's cousin and husband came in to visit from their home in Arizona for the weekend.

Menu of rolled end of ribeye, smashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts with bacon.

End of ribeyes on the grill at high heat for four minutes each side, then 20 minutes in a convection oven. Boils small potatoes for 30 minutes, smash with the bottom of a glass, then season and butter, in oven for 25 minutes. Cool the bacon until semi done, remove bacon but not fat, cook sprouts in fat for 29 minutes, then throw the bacon back in.

Simple meal, steakhouse quality, at 75 percent off steakhouse, before tax and tip.

I know what a ribeye steak is but never heard of, nor can visualize, how a rolled end of one is formed.
I can imagine how ]deleted[ good it tastes!
