Boils small potatoes for 30 minutes, smash with the bottom of a glass, then season and butter, in oven for 25 minutes. Cool the bacon until semi done, remove bacon but not fat, cook sprouts in fat for 29 minutes, then throw the bacon back in.
Simple meal, steakhouse quality, at 75 percent off steakhouse, before tax and tip.
