So many times, gear heads get together, in this case to do some good at an event to raise money for typhoon victims, and a few "spirited" drives take place to have some fun. Anybody who has a fast car has taken a friend for a drive and unwound it a bit. This time it ended in the worst possible way and that's a tragedy.
It seemed he was a good guy, a true enthusiast, who used his status to give back some. Again, this whole thing played out at an event hosted by his charity to raise money for typhoon victims. The world needs people who give a little more, especially in someplace as a trivial as Hollywood.
My sympathies go out to his friends and family, especially his daughter.
