Ridge wallet

It’s an interesting design. No, I don’t have one, but I like the idea. What’s your primary goal? Compact card storage? RFID? Style? I’ve got a great, durable, leather wallet with RFID, but it’s nowhere near as slim.

I got one of these a couple of years ago. It’s not made of metal but for those of us that do not carry a lot of cash it’s a great idea. I’m a fan of the minimalist wallets. These are not RFID though.

I don't have a ridge but I have this one. from Amazon It's great if you don't carry cash or a few bills, fits cards perfectly, and comes with a second larger elastic band if you carry a lot of cards. It does block RFID signals well - tested with the security cards at work.

I have used that one, both in carbon fiber and titanium. I also used a stainless "clamshell" style. For my wallet, I am a minimalist, and always looking for something small and simple. My beautiful bride bought me something exactly like this last year, and I don't think I will ever go with anything else. It is durable, and perfect for my needs. Mine is actually a bit smaller than this one...(shorter), and much darker and well loved.

Smart. Won’t be paying any escorts with a message like that on your wallet to remind you you’re married!

Back to reality, I need to get something smaller so I’m checking these out. I have a Victorinox wallet that has held up beautifully over the years but with all my back issues I’ve become a front pocket carrier so a slim wallet for and ID, credit card and a few bills would be ideal.

Too rich for my blood, plus anything made of plastic, metal, or carbon fiber has no flex to it. I got one of these at least five years ago and it shows zero wear after all that time. I don;t carry much cash, but it fits inside with the cards when folded. They make other styles, too. When I say it shows no wear I really mean it.

I have a wallet similar to this one
I bought it because every leather wallet I have ever had led to broken credit cards. I carry my wallet in my rear pocket and constantly sitting on it bends the wallet, thus bending the cards. Very happy with the new style

So after a little over a year with the aluminum Ridge with no issues, I’ve decided to get the Titanium one, I’ll be ordering it in a few minutes. Might be a silly question but should there be any concerns about metal poisoning concerning the titanium?

You’re not ingesting it or in 24/7 contact with it, I’ve had my titanium ridge wallet for over a year now and no issues with it. Titanium is also commonly used in implants in human bodies.

Considered it but don’t like the idea of it being so rigid.

This is on my list
