Try YouTube. She's pretty but she's also one tough fighter. And if you think after watching the videos that she's tough then check out her mother, Ann-Marie.

LOL. Dude. They're going to crush a similar sized untrained male.

I doubt that...unless the guy is just a real milk toast.

Biologically wise...and taking into account physics....the odds are in favor of the male. unless of course, like I said, the guy is just not a very good example of a fit male of equal age.

Muscle and bone of a male is more dense and typically far more powerful than even a fit female. While a female can have more endurance...her lower mass and density would make a lucky kick/punch the only way she would win such a contest (my opinion only). Males can also take a lot more physical abuse than a female...so a few good punches/kicks from a male....and she'd be broken and beat. Again....this is just my opinion.

Through film and the media, the prevailing thought seems to be that females are almost equal to males in physical abilities. This is simply false in just about all areas, especially pertaining to fighting.

I really would not want to see a male beat up a female anyway. But I'll bet someday, they will match these two genders against each other. Lot's of money to be made.

I have seen Holly in person, standing in line. She has more muscle than 2 average men her size. I am a big boy, but there is no way I would risk her hitting me, much less kicking me in the head.

She is 5'8" and ONLY 135 lbs. I'm sorry, but that height and weight is NOT muscular. It is skinny. If you are lean, you will look muscular...but being only 135...that is simply not that much mass.

In high school, my father attacked her with a sledgehammer, swinging to kill. She put him in the hospital with a broken sternum. At the time, he had 14" and about 200lbs on her. (5'7" and 150, 6'9" and ~350)

Your wife was attacked by your father in high school with a sledgehammer?

I am well aware of that, having cut weight for many competitions. Even if she is walking around at 160, that is still not having more muscle that two men of her similar size. The average athletic guy at 160, is still considered skinny. Yes, I agree 100% that she looks pretty muscular for a woman, but she is no where even close to being "massive" or even more muscular that two guys of her size.

5'8" athletic man at 160lbs...is considered "normal" for BMI. If you want to see mass, you have to start looking at the athletes that are considered at least "overweight" or even "obese" and still have a 12% or lower body fat percentage.

Again, I am not saying she is not very muscular for a woman...just that you can't compare her to twice the size of an average man of her size.

I looked for some pics. She's bigger than the avg 150 lb dude. It looks like she cuts a lot of weigh for fights.

That's for sure but she cleans up pretty nicely. I think the big differce is RR is usually made up when she leaves the house.

What most people do not realize is how huge the physical fitness gap is between normal people that exercise to be healthy vs professionals that train day in and day out for several hours at a time. Most people would probably be exhausted after what most professional athletes consider a warm up.

And physical size can be a liability for people that are not trained to use their size for their advantage.

This is bigger than the average ATHLETIC 30 year old 150lb dude? TWO of them?!?!

To me she looks fit, but not overly muscular, and certainly not more muscular than your average male athlete.

You're the only one talking about male athletes.

Here's what you commented on. I also said avg 150 dude.

Yeah, she's smaller than Ronnie Coleman.

Average dude:

Maybe the average 150 or 160 pound dude in the middle of Iowa is bigger than what you guys are seeing. Perception is different for everybody I guess.

My wife is just about her size and build, and I would never consider her the size of a guy.

I've always been under the impression 150 lb dudes are tiny. I'm 6'9 350.

Holly was best at boxing in the 154 pound class, she had to cut weight in MMA/UFC because the $ was going after Rhonda. Rhonda ducked Cyborg and put the cut weight demand on her. Holly won't duck Cyborg and she'll move up to her more natural weight.

"Holly unchained" will fight 2 maybe 3 fights and she will retire. Her legacy will be etched in stone. Holly Holm is the best woman ever in any of the fighting sports, it will be many years before anyone can challenge that.

BTW, you guys saying Holly is ugly...post some pic's of your wife/girlfriend. Holly is hot and those red headed freckled girls know how to get it on..haha
