LOL. Dude. They're going to crush a similar sized untrained male.
I doubt that...unless the guy is just a real milk toast.
Biologically wise...and taking into account physics....the odds are in favor of the male. unless of course, like I said, the guy is just not a very good example of a fit male of equal age.
Muscle and bone of a male is more dense and typically far more powerful than even a fit female. While a female can have more endurance...her lower mass and density would make a lucky kick/punch the only way she would win such a contest (my opinion only). Males can also take a lot more physical abuse than a female...so a few good punches/kicks from a male....and she'd be broken and beat. Again....this is just my opinion.
Through film and the media, the prevailing thought seems to be that females are almost equal to males in physical abilities. This is simply false in just about all areas, especially pertaining to fighting.
I really would not want to see a male beat up a female anyway. But I'll bet someday, they will match these two genders against each other. Lot's of money to be made.
I have seen Holly in person, standing in line. She has more muscle than 2 average men her size. I am a big boy, but there is no way I would risk her hitting me, much less kicking me in the head.
She is 5'8" and ONLY 135 lbs. I'm sorry, but that height and weight is NOT muscular. It is skinny. If you are lean, you will look muscular...but being only 135...that is simply not that much mass.
