Ok I know you all are the experts! I just bought a new Ford Focus and want to use the best oil I can! Would you use a synthetic and conventional, and at what change intervals? I drive the car daily to work,in stop and go traffic about 10 miles each way, on mondays I drive 40 miles on the freeway to school! Sorry to be annoying! I hope you all will give me your advice!!

Stay within factory max intervals during waranty.

Then switch to Amsoil at 15K intervals.
