I replaced thermostat and gasket when I bought my 92 Chevy truck. Back in Feb. Well its seeping again. Someone on here recommended replacing housing to but I forgot about it and didn't. It now seeps not all the time its very little but I'm going to fix it tomorrow. Should I switch from green to dexcool? And should I do anything else while im doing that.

I'd just stick with the green stuff. Replacing the housing is a good idea. Make sure that the shallow spot-faced area in the manifold where the thermostat sits is clean.
I've been known to smear a little Permatex No. 2 on both sides of the gasket as insurance. I like No. 2 better than silicone.

after cleaning every thing. on the housing put a small amount of permatex #2 in the grove with a little over lap on the flat serface. put the stat in the grove, be sure its in the right way, and twist it to seal. now put the gasket on sealing on the thermostat. NOTE: sealant is to be ONLY on the housing side sealing the thermostat and the gasket to the housing. so that the side of the gasket that goes to the engine has no sealer, so the engine has no sealer. just put it back together. NOTE: i dont like RTV. it treys to slide around.
OK so its still leaking right out the front. Could the intake be messed up? I let it sit overnight this time a d everything and it leaks right out the front.
Buy or rent a cooling system pressure tester. You'll be able to easily see where it's leaking from. You'll save a lot of time and money replacing random gaskets, guessing where it's coming from.

I know where it's leaking!! Right on the front of the thermostat. I can see it
