Apparently the way it works is that TSA will have a setup in Framingham, MA where one can check in and people are bussed directly to the gates where there’s no additional screening. Will only be available for a couple of airlines and will incur a $9 fare per adult passenger. The distance is about 23 miles. The return trip will be on the standard Logan Express bus.

For just $9 to Boston Logan, the Logan Airport Remote Terminal at Framingham lets eligible Delta and jetBlue passengers complete the airport security process before arriving at Boston Logan with bus drop-off post-security at the terminal. And kids ride free with a ticketed family member!
