Redline Shockproof OK for bearings?

I'm considering whether to use Heavy Shockproof in my noisy Torsen differential. I've already tried different 75W140 gear oils with no improvement in the noise, which just happens going around curves. Since the rear axle bearings are also lubricated by the same oil, I'm wondering if the Shockproof is going to be OK for the bearings as well as gears. Meaning, will it prevent bearing wear as well as regular gear oil?

Showing my age but doesn't Torsen recommend using a Petroleum oil?

That's possible, but it doesn't sound to me like a scraping bearing noise, more like a rattling noise. Also, the noise goes away when accelerating out of a curve, which sort of goes along with what I've read about how the Torsen works.

I went through this exact thing two years ago. The TrueTrac rear diff was noisy at low speeds and turning like when negotiating a parking lot.

I was using Redline 75W-90NS (no limited slip additives to let the TT still do its thing) for about 3 years. I disassembled the unit and found no appreciable wear or issues. Reinstall and fill with basic 80W-90 and the noise has never returned. I change the gear oil every ~15k since it's lower quality.

Shockproof was designed to be used in both rear diffs and racing transmissions, so yes, the bearings will live their best life being lubricated by it.
