Redline oil system cleaner - is it a flush ?

Redline does not call it a flush, but the instructions seem to indicate it is a flush.

I've been meaning to start a thread about it, I bought a gallon jug
Haven't used it yet
I thought it similar to a Valvoline product local shops around me use

Kinda like a one step one bottle (probably weaker) version of the highly rated 2 bottle BG Dynamic Engine service
Is it stronger or weaker than an 11oz idle flush of BG EPR/109?
I'm not yet in a position to say

I can’t imagine putting any kind of cleaner into my oil that claims to do its job in 5 minutes!
I would rather use something that cleans slowly over thousands of miles (and doesn’t use harsh solvents)

I think they are just money flushes ... had to get into the pro market and cash in on their name/brand.

A flush doesn't need solvents to "work" in 5 mins. It just may not work as well without them.

I don't think any solvent based flush is effective against varnish.
