I just discovered Red Line's DCTF on their website.

http://www.redlineoil.com/product.aspx?pid=146&pcid=9

Sadly, I cannot find a data sheet for the product.

Does anyone know anything about this fluid? It says it is suitable for BMW MTF-LT-5 which is a thin MTF spec if I remember right. Would it be safe to assume this has GL-4 levels of additives and would also be safe for synchronized transmissions?

It has the same viscosity as Castrol Syntrans V FE 75W-80 8.0cSt@100C.

DCTF fluids have GL-4 protection ratings.

Is there a question or something you don't understand about

Your link doesn't go where you are saying it does.

And did you read the OP or not? Do all DCT fluids have to meet a GL-4 rating? How do you know it meets that?

I did some research last year on various gear lubes and somewhere in the pile of electronic paper, I discovered that MTF-LT-5 transmissions can be filled (with BMW's authorization) with Pentosin FFL-3, their Porsche PDK fluid. So, if MTF-LT-5 meets GL4, then so does the Porsche PDK fluid. Whether that's relevant to other DCT fluids, who knows? Ford's DCT is a dry-clutch design, and their DCT fluid meets GL4 because it's just gear oil with no clutch function.

Those are 7.0 to 8 cSt fluids.

The OP never did state what his vehicle was nor what grade or viscosity his vehicle specs.

If his vehicle specs 10-12 cSt fluids, then those listed above are not suitable.

Because I formulate them.

This link doesn't say anything about DCT fluids I can find.

Do DCTs have synchronizers?
