Apologies for the late response. I already have winter tires right from first season since I got car 7 yrs ago . It has clocked 87k kms until now. Tires that came with car have 2017 marking on it. I also see minor cracks to develop on tread and sides. I am in Toronto . I would prefer to have 2 different sets, 1 for winter and 1 for spring/summer/fall.Does OP need an all-season tire or an all-weather tire? What kind of climate do you live in?

OP mentioned their winter tires are 7 y.o. but looks like still do the job in winter.Since OP uses winter tires probably no need for "all weather" ones.
Unless OP wants to avoid switching the wheels (I presume wheels not tires) I would stick with dedicated sets. But dedicated sets allow different tradeoffs.

I don’t mind doing it . Here’s my breakup. I switch to all season tires during April when it’s above 7 degrees and to winter during oct/nov when the temp drops below 7 degrees. Until now I have clocked 87.5k which is a little more than 12k per year , max it’ll go to 14k a year. So roughly 6k-7k on each set of tires. Do these all weather last this long? My driving style and conditions would be the same for the years to come.OP mentioned their winter tires are 7 y.o. but looks like still do the job in winter.
If I were in his shoes, I'd get quality All Weather tires to use outside winter next season or two and wear out and retire winter tires, then to switch to using the AWs year around.
Will the new tires work with existing tpms?If you run two sets of tires I would get the Michelin Defender2 for spring/summer/fall and the Michelin X-Ice Snow for winter.
If you wanted to run just one set of tires I would get the Michelin CrossClimate2. I think for Toronto this would be fine, since southern Ontario salts the roads so much. (And then you could spend the savings on Krown rust protection.) But if you already have a second set of winter rims and don't mind the hassle of swapping I guess you could keep doing what you are doing with two sets.
Buy them at Costco when they have the Michelin sale on (should be this October).

Put LX25's on my Maverick. Same size. Paid less than $625 installed mounted and balanced. Very good all around tire. Lots of tread depth. Excellent in wet and better than expected in snow. Quiet also.Continental Cross Contact LX25. i have them on my Mazda CX 5 signature 2024 in the exact same sizes. i prefer to have 17 wheels and tires instead of the OE 19 wheels and tires. among the best tires i have ever owned. the braking performance on very wet roads is phenomenal. they replace Yokohama CV G058 and they are much better.

Wow where did you get that deal? I am checking and a single tire itself is around 168$+taxPut LX25's on my Maverick. Same size. Paid less than $625 installed mounted and balanced. Very good all around tire. Lots of tread depth. Excellent in wet and better than expected in snow. Quiet also.
